Sarah Moshier, 76, of Dowagiac, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 6, 2010 with her family by her side.

Sarah was born on August 13, 1933 to the late Albert and Nellie (Taylor) Archer. Sarah was one of 10 children raised in the Archer household.

Sarah wed the love of her life, Frank Earl Moshier, at a ceremony in St. Joseph, Michigan on February 23, 1963.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank, son Terry Morris, brothers Leslie, Leonard, Stanley and Orville Archer and sisters Emma Lockwitz, Bernice Gilbertson, Martha Kent and Annabelle Booth.

Sarah is survived by her son Keith (Joan) Morris of Dowagiac, daughter Tanya (Jack) Johnson of Dowagiac, grandchildren Zachary (Christina) Morris of Decatur, Nicholas Morris of Dowagiac, Laramie Moshier of Dowagiac and Johnny Kirby of Dowagiac, great-grandchildren Addelynn, Nolan and Seth, and brother Virgil (Adele) Archer of Dowagiac.

In keeping with Sarah’s wishes she has been cremated and the family will be hosting a luncheon to remember her. Times are yet to be determined for later this week at the Glenwood Seventh Day Adventist Church at 51110 Glenwood Road in Dowagiac, Michigan.
